I think I'm starting to lose my geek cred -- you're the second person I've confessed not upgrading to today. :) I usually upgrade through DreamHost's "One Click Install" -- saves me the trouble of copying files over FTP, etc. A quick glance showed that they're still upgrading to 2.2.3, so I think I'll upgrade to that right now!
