Dahlia Joy Walker

After flying through Newark rush hour traffic and weaving through the parking lot that is Route 80, Dahlia was born in Denville today at 7:34 PM, weighing in at 7lbs, 8oz and was 19 and a quarter inches long. Both mom and baby are doing just fine. Pictures, soon. :)

  1. AWESOME! Congrats man! A girl huh?… wipe from front to back… seriously.

Sweet! Baby girls rule. Seriously, though. They rule. Annie gave me this look yesterday and I was like, “Whatever she wants, I’m gonna get it for her, right now.” – so… yeah, awesome!

Beck says congratulations and “Welcome to motherhood! You’re going to love the mother-daughter bond.” :) (I think she was talking to Sarah…)

So, keep us informed on visiting hours and stuff. We’re in that area the next couple of days, so… we’d love to stop by and see the baby! :) Wahoo!!!

  2. Congratulations! And, welcome to the newest Ironworker! :)

Jode and I experienced much joy at hearing of Dahlia’s birth, and are very glad mom and baby are well. We love you all, and miss you.

Do let Sarah know that we can now have an ongoing contest…let’s see who gets potty trained first….Dahlia or Fezzik. Tell Dahlia I don’t think she has much competition here….LOL

    Love and Hugs!

  3. Hip, hip, hooray! Three cheers for Dahlia, Sarah, and Ken! Whoo-hoo! Wow… Can’t wait to see some pics!

  4. Praise to God for his goodness to the Walkers and happy, healthy delivery! Halleluiah!

  5. Oh my gosh! She is beautiful! And seeing you guys with a baby! Aww…little Sarah is a Mom, and so is little guy Ken!

Thanks for the photos! We want more!

  6. Welcome to the Parenting Club! All the best to you and “your girls”!

  7. Congrats!!! I can’t believe we all have little ones now. What blessings from the Lord! Enjoy every bit of her because time sure does fly by fast. Love you guys and please keep in touch.
P.S. Which room did you recover in Sarah because it looks like the same room that I stayed in? I loved it!

  8. Oh my gosh! I did say Ken was a mom! LOL

I meant Ken is a Dad now….gosh, see? I am ready to be a grandmother with that type of faux pas going around…..

  9. Congratulations! I am so happy for you two! What a truly awesome gift from God. :)
