??Slashdot??: “Google & Sun Planning Web Office”:http://rss.slashdot.org/Slashdot/slashdot?m=962. Google appears to be backing an open-source Microsoft Office killer. This is *huge*. Update: Oh, gee, Sun “will be offering”:http://www.sun.com/2005-1004/feature/index.html Google’s Toolbar now with Java downloads. Lame, though there is mention that the two will collaborate on OpenOffice.
