Finally, finally, finally, after four years of waiting, drooling, and pining, I was able to buy one of these. And all I had to do was lose my job.
(Well, okay, and then find another job before the severance ran out).

I’d like to recommend Dragthing as the ultimate dock replacement (and orginizer), Synergy for iTunes (eye candy + hot keys), and Codeteks virtual desktop. Those 3 programs are amazing. I’ve been using them since i started using MacOS X and can’t live without them.
and of course emacs as the all around best text editor
