how long does it take to run 26 miles (or even 14)? Obviously you aren&#039;t doing a 4 minute mile for all of them ...

		<description>Mike, I think that Sarah is doing somewhere around a 9-minute mile for short (&lt; 5 miles) runs.  For the marathon, it will probably be closer to a 10-minute mile, so 10 * 26.2 = 262 minutes or around 4 hours.

I&#039;ll be either biking or driving around the course trying to catch video and stills of the momentous occasion. Of course, this content will inevitably make it to the blog. ;-)
