Okay, I don’t know what I did with my template to make it break MT Macros, but, what’s done is done. Our Story will not be featuring this decidedly wicked cool MT plugin until the increasingly desirable redesign rolls out. In the meantime, I leave you without auto-generated graphic smileys or acronyms. 
Kenny… I’m coming over there and stealing your templates. Let me see them man, seriously, I’ve broken more templates than you’ve ever worked in and more [yeah... that should instill confidence in my ability to debug them...]! If you let me see ‘em, I may have some insight as to the issue with the macros. untill then here’s ASCII for ya!

Might I suggest you entertain a change control process within kennsarah.net? It seems that your site going down causes distress beyond what you may know. And Ryan’s not the only die hard fan.
Rather than centering in the middle of my rather large browser window (1600×1200 resolution issue), the text now wraps around as wide as the screen allows, which I like much better. So for me, the redesign is nice.
So… um… Before you left for your trip, you left your admin panel open on my Laptop and then put it in standby and… well… I fixed your macros. Happy Aniversary!
All I did, K, (so you know) was put <MTInclude module="macros"> on top of your Index, Individual, Category, Datebased, and Comment Preview templates.
I’m closing the admin panel now, I don’t like being in an unauthorized place… eeeewww…
