Just in case anyone was waiting until I was least suspecting it to surprise me with my over-the-top, way-expensive Christmas gift this year: I’ve appended some items below to my Amazon wishlist. 
1. New, sick, feature-ridden Sony Clie Palm or a new, sick, feature-ridden Kyocera Smartphone to replace my Sony Clie T415.
2. Or, a new, sick, feature-ridden, gigantic-screen Apple Powerbook.

“I just got off the phone with PlugSocket. We’re putting up a blog.”

…doing the Christmas shopping for him during finals week.
…being careful not to throw everything right into the dryer.
…going to thinkgeek.com and buying him a Caffeine Molecule T-Shirt because he thinks it’s funny even if you think it’s weird.
…spending a Saturday in the living room and reading a book or playing on the computer together.
…gritting your teeth and committing to spending a day with your in-laws even though you know you’ll want to smack somebody by the end of the day.
…skipping church service to go to Dunkin Donuts together for the coffee and observations on the Scriptures.
…washing dishes.
…being interested in technical minutae and his silly projects.
…letting him stay out until two in the morning.
…getting home at a reasonable hour.
…inventing a language together that’s a cross between chirping, grunting, and English.
…spontaneously telling her “I love you.”
